Duane came to us in Spring of 2023 from the non-profit world with a background in organizational structure, and Board of Directors, C-Suite and Academic support.  Studying history, literature, art, and languages at University has set him up well for the wide variety of tasks involved with the backside of an architecture and design firm.  In addition to his support of our principal and staff, he coordinates travel, researches house histories, and sources unusual materials and furniture, putting his skills to use in a myriad of ways.

Originally from Georgia & Florida, after living here for 30+ years he considers Minnesota home.  Outside of work, he sings with One Voice Mixed Chorus, gardens, reads, and does repairs on his and his husband’s 1894 St. Paul home. He loves to travel and collects pottery and the art of JC Leyendecker.
