Interior design and remodeling go hand in hand to refresh this cheerful Minnetonka residence. In the family for multiple generations, meaningful original details, including the wood paneled walls and iron railings, are preserved and brightened with the addition of light-colored furnishings and paint colors. A brand new kitchen incorporates the whimsical character of the original house with expansive storage solutions and high-end appliances.

This charming house was featured in the 2019 Parade of Homes Remodelers Showcase.

This project was awarded the 2019 ASID MN Design Excellence Award, 2nd Place, Residential – Kitchen Less Than 300 SqFt award for this project. 

It also won the 2020 Midwest Home in Life Color award.
